We make use of market research and feasibility scans, deep conversations with customers, design thinking sessions and fieldwork.
We analyze the outcome of our findings based on the assumptions of the brand and the chosen scenarios for the new concept. This helps us to decide the design framework, define the business plan and the exploitation.
Concept Development starts with ideas. In close cooperation with the client our Concept Developers generate several good ideas, which eventually lead us to the concept. This creative process is structured by clearly defined goals. Based on proven methods and contextual analyses. We translate our findings into customer journeys of (potential) target audiences. By using our pragmatic and thorough approach we ensure that the final concept gets a strong foundation which is based on a clearly defined vision.
During the ideation phase we reach an understanding with the client which values and starting points are relevant and not relevant to use to develop the concept. The goal of Concept Development is to make a quantifiable and qualitative estimate of the expected production and realization costs, market acceptance, design frames, time frame and the cost of the design process
Content development & copywriting
Based on the concept and the (market) goals our Content Developers create and produce content which will enable the organization and/or the brand to reach its operational, commercial, or social objectives. We understand the needs and wishes of target audiences, we fathom how well the content is received by recipients.
By creating content that is effective and resonates with the target group. One of our specialties is writing persuasive texts for commercial and social ends. This varies from white papers, websites, scripts for videos and audio, columns, dialogue sessions, presentations, and books.
Our designers create experiential concepts that solve a problem and create an opportunity, evoke a positive response, and stimulate frequent use and behaviour. This is an outside-in approach which can be applied to every experience which is developed; from innovative consumer experiences, (digital) service propositions right up to hybrid work environments.
Our Experience Designers lead our clients through the process of ideation, testing, and iteration. Ideally end users get the chance to give their feedback, which helps us improve and optimize the experience.
A great Spatial Design profoundly impacts the visual DNA of the concept. The 3D design springs to live when end users support it and are inspired. That’s why we take care to bridge the gap between Spatial Design, the concept and realization.
Our Spatial Designers translate the vision and strategy – developed in close cooperation with the client – to realize a surprising and inviting digital and/or physical environment, where a customer wants to stay or make use of. The 3D model should fit with the needs and wishes of the brand and entice end users to have a positive experience. We know for a fact that Spatial Design enables a higher customer appreciation and greater employee satisfaction.
It is true that Interaction Design also has to do with design, but the focus lies more on the structure of systems and the associated behaviour. Our Interaction Designers create services and real experiences that evoke certain feelings or actions. This helps us to start a dialogue between the object, exhibit, service proposition and the end user. Our Interaction Designers often function as the linking pin between our Strategists and Concept Developers, on client-side Marketeers and IT-staff. Naturally the customer a.k.a. the end user is involved.

By working closely together with our Spatial Designers and Experience Designers one establishes an optimal connection between Graphic Identity and Spatial Design. Thus, we create the perfect brand experience for end users.
No concept can be successful without making solid arrangements about the process, planning and deliverables. Our Project Managers command projects from A to Z. They make sure that projects are organized, prepared, planned, executed, and brought home. Project Managers are the driving force in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that projects are a success: on time and within budget. They keep an overview and make sure that everybody in the project team and on the client side knows what the priorities are.
