The fast service restaurant chain Eazie offers a fast, authentic Asian meal. The so called ‘Eazie way of life’ is all about fast, easy, freshly prepared healthy food. The founders believe that food that is not only important for your body, but also for your soul.
This vision was the starting point of the renewed concept strategy, look & feel and design of the Eazie stores by Sandenburg. Furthermore, the ordering process was optimized, placing more focus on healthy and fresh products.
The new strategy and vision were the foundation for the spatial design. The order and delivery area has an urban Asian look & feel. The Sandenburg team used rough materials like brick stones and light types of bamboo. The customer can compile his own delicious stir-fry and wok meal, with a possibility to add soups, freshly pressed juices and healthy wraps. In the seating area customers can take their time to enjoy their meal. In the open kitchen, which can viewed from every angle in the restaurant, cooks prepare fresh meals with and ‘Asian magic touch of happiness’.

The first pilot opened at the end of 2018 in the central station of Tilburg. Followed by stores in Utrecht CS, Den Haag Leyweg, Amsterdam Ferdinand Bolstraat, Alkmaar and Zoetermeer.
