
Jan Linders is a strong regional supermarket chain, distinguishing itself by positioning as THE supermarket of the South with the best fresh produce. To further build on this position Jan Linders asked Sandenburg-DST for support.

We were able to provide that support by creating more customer experience and a stronger brand identity on the shop floor. For instance a concept for several fresh produce corners, such as meat and vegetables, the bakery and Jan Linders’s kitchen. The latter is a treat island focusing on meals and fresh meats, tapas and cheese. All branches featuring Jan Linders’s kitchen have seen growth in both turnover and customer satisfaction.
